Kim Teel

Kim was born in Raymond, Alberta and moved to Medicine Hat when she was 6 years old. She comes from a large blended family with 8 siblings and 22 nieces & nephews. After high school, Kim enjoyed working as a Preschool Teacher for 10 years.
She has also spent time working in the oil field and for Canada Post. After enjoying the past few years at home raising her three boys, she completed the Residential Real Estate course and joined the Teel Estate Team in September 2019. Frank Devine

Moving to Canada from Scotland in 1967, Frank Devine has established a beautiful family here in Medicine Hat with his wife Michelle & their 3 children. Frank and Michelle have been married for 41 years & are proud grandparents to their 10 grandchildren. During his time in Medicine Hat Frank has gained a wealth of experience in many businesses. Restaurants, building & construction and the real estate service; just to name a few! It is without a doubt his knowledge and expertise are vast in many different aspects of business and relationships.
He was a member of the municipal planning commission with the City of Medicine Hat for 7yrs, served on the development advisory panel for 4 yrs, as well as recently closed out his 5th year serving on the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board as a director and now Past President. Corey comes to us from Edmonton, Alberta where he was born and raised. Moving to Medicine Hat in 2022, he continued his passion selling Real Estate. He has been a licensed REALTOR® and in the industry for 19 years, bringing a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to his clients. Corey joined forces with the Teel Estate team in January 2024 and has been an excellent addition to the team.
Outside of real estate you can find Corey in and around the community coaching boys ball hockey, girls softball and boys baseball. Golfing, playing hockey & baseball and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are just a few of his favorite leisure activities to do in his spare time.

Client Care Coordinator
Tara was born and raised in Medicine Hat and has two children that keep her busy after work hours. In 2017 Tara joined the Matt Teel Real Estate Team as an unlicensed assistant. Her experience working with marketing and advertising in the financial and insurance industries are just some of the assets she brings to our real estate team.
